She: Hey, How are you?
He: I am fine. How about you?
She: It’s been a long time!
He: Yeah!!

A moment of silence as both of them remembers the last meeting and last communication 10 years back. She was broken already and he made fun of her desperate need of a good friend.

She: You know I am an ardent fan of Charlie Chaplin!! And, you know one of his quotes is my favorite. My pain may be the reason for somebody’s laugh. But my laugh must never be the reason for somebody’s pain.
He: Very Nice!!
She: You remember the last time we met. I am glad that I could live up to my favorite quote of all time. I mean I am not a comedian, but I could very well make you laugh.

And, as she looked into his eyes like she did the first time they met. She finally knew, the hole has finally healed.
